How do I choose the right study destination?
Start with your study level, subject and teaching language, then compare entry requirements, total cost and the city. The right destination meets your priorities within a plan you can carry out; it is not necessarily the best-known option.
Can I start before taking a language test?
You can begin researching and preparing documents. Whether an application can be considered without a language result, or a conditional offer issued, depends on the institution and programme. Check the accepted test and the deadline for meeting the condition.
What is the difference between a conditional and an unconditional offer?
A conditional offer requires you to meet the conditions stated in it, such as an academic result or evidence of language proficiency. Read an unconditional offer alongside its enrolment and payment requirements. An offer alone does not provide a visa or funding.
Does Maheer guarantee admission, a visa or a government scholarship?
No. Universities and the relevant authorities assess applications and make the final decisions. Educational guidance helps you understand your options, organise your application and review its requirements.
How can I check whether a university meets Saudi recognition requirements?
Use the Ministry of Education's recommended-university enquiry service and search by country, institution, subject and degree level. Read any restrictions and notes. A university's name appearing does not establish the status of every programme, branch or mode of study.
Does university admission mean my government scholarship is approved?
No. Scholarship applications follow a separate process with their own eligibility rules, lists, selection criteria and deadlines. Follow the current application link from the Ministry of Education's website, and submit your application and declarations yourself as instructed by the platform.
What should I prepare for my first consultation?
Tell us your current study level, intended subject, approximate grades, language level, budget and preferred start date. Do not send your passport or sensitive financial information with an initial enquiry.
How are Maheer's service fees and study costs determined?
Request a written scope of service explaining what is included and excluded, its fees and cancellation policy. Institution fees, accommodation, tests and travel are separate costs unless a written offer states otherwise.
Can I pay with mada and Visa?
Yes, mada and Visa payments are active at Maheer. Arrangements and costs are stated in your quote and invoice; these pages do not request card details.
