Requirements & format

An eligible secondary qualification including senior-level mathematics and UBC’s English admission standard. Assessment considers Grades 11 and 12 plus a Personal Profile with written responses and a video interview. Direct Year 1 entry is for applicants who have not started post-secondary study; transfer routes have separate criteria. Admission is competitive.
